The Common Entrance Test that is scheduled to take place every year in months August or September, has been postponed to be held on a later date. Every year thousands of students from the three key provinces – Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh appear in the test, Common Entrance Test. The test allows admissions to professional engineering colleges and medical colleges in the state.
The University of Kashmir has also rescheduled the datasheet for students appearing in their semester and annual examinations. Annual school exams, as they are conducted in the mid or towards the end of the October, will be held on time, provided the situation is under control by then, school authorities have said.
