07 24th, 2008One more Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT) is starting its operations from 2nd August onwards. Central government has already announced earlier to open eight more IIT’s all over the country, and IIT-Gandhinagar is the first in this lot.
Initially, IIT-Gandhinagar will be offering three specialization streams in 4 year B.Tech programmes for the students.
Chemical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
For the time being, several administrative routines will be taken care by IIT-Bombay.
