The IIT JEE 2009 entrance examination saw a major shift this year from the usual pattern of the entrance exam. The assertion reasoning type questions have almost disappeared and the reappearance of subjective questions was seen.
The cut-off for the IIT JEE 2009 is expected to be around 150. Therefore, a student with around this score can expect to see his name in the merit list for the exam.

the paper was too easy ,so I guess it should be around 230
