I want to know with the party making the land available,what will be the role of Shemford ?.Will you contribute in financing the building /infrastructure too?.Once the school starts and become operational…and since the schools run on a non-profit mode how does Shemrock benefit out of it?.The land..does it remains with the original owner..What are the major terms and conditions of the agreement…and what is the final euilibrium between Shemrock and the enterpriser….Kindly also apprise me of approximate costs incurred in the project other than land.

Hi,
This is rajesh, I would like to open a primary school I-V in Sonbarsa Sitamarhi dist. Bihar to start with and gradually increase upto higher secondary, after doing a little survey in the near by schools, I found the quality of education is quite below the average so i want to open an English medium school which i believe will not only lift the quality of education but also will have a positive impact on the life style of the people residing here. Well now after gathering the information from the internet I regret to know but its seems very time consuming process including very high cost apart from the unending demand from various authorities. But I am still determined to start the school somehow, So it is my heartfelt request to any experienced people in this firm or anyone who can help me out and show me a simplify way to start this school. At present I own land close to 2 acre but financially i am not so strong, so please consider this in account and let me know if it is possible to realize my plan.
