UP Students Win Microsoft Contest

A team of five students pursuing B. Tech from The Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology and Management have won the Go-Alive Challenge Contest organized by Microsoft Corp India Pvt. Ltd. This national-level contest was organised by Microsoft. The competition saw the students competing for developing the best website for their respective educational institutions.

This even was a part of the Microsoft Windows Live@Edu Programme and the students were asked to create an innovative website. The event saw participation from nearly 250 colleges from across the country. The winning team of students won a cash prize of Rs 250,000.
